My Famous Rollie Boys Recipe

Raw Vegan Rollie Boys Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 330g cashews
  • 90g pitted/diced dates
  • 60g vegan protein powder (of your preference)
  • 28g cacao powder
  • 3g cinnamon
  • 160ml water
  • 100g toasted coconut for rolling

Method:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blitz until it resembles biscuit crumbs (1–2 minutes).
  3. Scrape the sides with a spatula and continue processing, adding in the water gradually.
  4. Tip: Adding a few drops of essential oil or a tablespoon of nut butter will really set these off and make them pop with personality.
  5. Continue blitzing until a damp muddy texture forms (1–2 minutes). Increase water content if need be.
  6. Roll in desired coating, we used some toasted Coconut.

Tip:

If the topping isn’t staying put a few extra drops of water on your fingertips, it will make it a lot more obedient.
