We talk a lot about inflammation on the Green Press blog. It’s just so common. If you make compromises on your diet, you’re inflamed.

The consequence of inflammation is DNA damage, sickness and a shorter life span. It’s that serious. But we can easily correct that by making the right dietary decisions more. And thankfully, there are specific foods that calm inflammation.

Our favourites are green leafs, walnuts, pineapple, ginger and turmeric. Naturally, we turn them into a simple and delicious smoothie.
