In these days and in these times, some scary stuff is going on and going down. There’s probably not much that most of us can do — day in and day out — about the big, bad stuff.

But every day, each of us can practice kindness and compassion. It makes other people feel better, and it makes us feel better! Also — you can’t use it up by giving it away!
