STRENGTH INTERVALS

Burpee Challenge announced today in class: 50 in 5 minutes, by July 20!

Strength Intervals is a hard class for me. I know that I can’t make all the moves or lift all the weights. And I had to cut back a bit after a recent injury. I will never be strong — but I will be stronger! I am back to 5-pound hand weights, 10 pound bar, 8-pound for the lat moves and the step-ups. Also trying to gradually increase the repetitions.

Burpee Challenge was announced in class today: 50 burpees in 5 minutes, by July 20! I know that once-a-week in Intervals class is not gonna get me there! So I have to start working it at home, too! Probably every day, too! More than a month out — I’ll start counting tomorrow and set some daily and weekly goals! Probably better write them down, huh?
