ince the Ayodhya days, the AAP national convener has been camping in this temple town
Pitted against formidable Narendra Modi in this prestigious seat, also known as a BJP bastion, since the Ayodhya days, the AAP national convener has been camping in this temple town for the last four days, meeting one and all, and making most of Modi’s absence from the constituency so far.
When he came here for the first time some weeks ago, he began his journey by offering prayers at famous temples here, followed by a meeting with Mufti-e-Banaras, Maulana Abdul Batin Noomani.
Now, on his second visit, Kejriwal has chosen to stay near the Tulsighat, one of the famous ghats along the Ganga, where Sant Tulsidas is believed to have penned the Ramcharitmanas centuries ago.
