Hi Helma, THANK YOU for your vulnerable share :) To cite a personal experience, it helped most to use larger (“moderate”) doses for release of trauma, while the micro-doses were helpful for maintaining emotional awareness when the tendency was to dissociate instead.

Have you looked into Ayahuasca or Iboga retreats in Peru or Costa Rica? They were very helpful for initial stages of trauma healing and release of years of built-up emotions. It’s a great thing to do about once every few years, which might be where you’re hearing the stories about Silicon Valley. I may write about these in the future.
