Even though I feel a little overwhelmed with thinking about implementing these things, I loved this list. Much of it isn’t about having to actually DO something, but a change of mentality. And even the actions are relatively small things that could be pretty easily implemented. Dropping caffeine and taking cold showers sounds kinda miserable so I’ll start with more water and some coconut oil. I’ve recently committed to saying “no” and trimming the fat in terms of “obligations” and relationships and I’ll say it makes massive shifts in quality of life.
