THE DECISION TO BECOME HEALTHY

Being healthy should be one of the most important priority for everyone. No matter how, where and when one should always try to be healthy. Make the decision today and start working out from tomorrow and if you have already made the decision then what are you waiting for ….

Shape and size doesn’t matter

No matter what shape you are, extra-large or extra small, skinny body or a body with a little too much weight. Remember the decision is to be healthy not to change the shape of your body. If your giving excuses for a workout like “I am too fat” or “my body is perfect” remember you have to work out for a healthy body, not for a perfect shape and size of the body.

Start small and slowly make it a habit

I prefer to start small and anyone who is trying to become healthy but is too lazy just start small, just start with walking distance only for 15 minutes not more than that put your earsets on play the music and walk do this every day then slowly it will become a habit and then you will be able to increase your time and it’s just one option there are many people other options you can choose from and repeat it every day until it becomes a habit and your body could be able to increase it’s the ability to do that particular exercise.

Strict Diet isn’t important

To become healthy you don’t have to maintain a strict diet. Just eat healthy food, wake up and just make your mind that “today I am gonna eat at least one healthy meal” that would just do the work, as you will slowly start to love eating healthy, you will not be able to notice when one healthy meal per day will change to only one unhealthy meal per week.

Sleep is important

To become healthy you have to sleep peacefully. Exercising helps you sleep peacefully but if you’re just sleeping for 4–5 hours a day…. You’ll be tired out after doing just your daily routines and after completing your work you wouldn’t have any inspiration left to work out. So sleep, sleep for at least 7–8 hours and you’ll see yourself looking fresh every morning.

Being healthy is your choice.. A promise you make to see yourself healthier and happier from what you are now.
