Sounds like a neat idea for a blog. My co-founder and I live in England and it’s been a struggle to decide whether or not to found HelpDocs in the US or not.

In the end we decided to go for Stripe Atlas, which helped us set up a US company.

I think reading about failing is the most interesting. People and companies fail all the time!
