Hi Matty—thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I have found the response to this article to be overwhelmingly supportive and encouraging and saw very few critical comments given the number of readers. I agree that it’s important to promote your beliefs in the workplace, and I think that speaking out is a separate and similarly important task.

Change doesn’t happen by talking without action, but without widespread discussion, it’s very hard for widespread action to occur. Thank you for your efforts to support gender equality in the workplace.
