Read it, and agreed: culture is a Petri dish for entrepreneurial invention, innovation, etc. However, I’d really be intrigued with the possible encore post, the one that chases down your culture thesis with a shot of specifics. Granular answers to questions about the right working conditions, team dynamics, and how to nurture proactive and passion driven behaviors. We’ve all heard about the culture strategies of Google and Zappos and it’d be great to add Airbnb in that mix.
