How I Created My Own Weight Loss Solution to Lose 60 Pounds and Help Hundreds of Men

I was humiliated by what I had become. After playing soccer for 15 years and always being fit I was now 60 pounds overweight.

I wasn’t the role model I had envisioned and I was struggling with low confidence.

I felt unattractive to my wife and was embarrassed to take my shirt off. Certainly not the guy I thought I’d be at my age.

I knew I wanted to lose the weight so I could be proud of my physique again just like when I was in high school.

I wanted to gain my confidence back and feel proud when I took my shirt off at the beach.

But what I really wanted was to be fit and attractive for my wife. I wanted to be loved and accepted and be someone my son could look up to.

I wanted to be able to keep up with my son and be the active father I had always wanted to be.

How was he going to want to be fit and healthy if I was eating pizza and sitting on the couch all the time?

How would he be inspired to go and play outside if all I did was watch TV?

The problem was the fad diets and constant cardio I was trying in the beginning just weren’t working.

I tried over and over again to follow low carb, keto and a couple others but none of them were sustainable.

I would do well for a few weeks and then end up binging on pizza or chips or something else loaded with carbs.

After seeing results for a little while the scale would jump back up and I was getting more and more frustrated.

I couldn’t take it anymore so I decided to try something new.

I was determined to figure out a way to lose weight and feel good again but without giving up my favorite foods.

I started experimenting with different combinations of workouts and eating routines and started getting real results.

That’s when I figured out that the secret to losing weight without giving up your favorite foods was the right structure to follow.

My plan was to follow this new structure I had created consistently for 2 months and document my results along the way.

However it didn’t all go as planned. I was following the new structure to a T but wasn’t sleeping very well and was stressed out.

I quickly realized that losing weight and getting healthy weren’t just about diet and exercise.

I needed to dial all of my health habits in to get the optimal results I was looking for.

I ended up getting really frustrated so I decided to add several other components to my new structure and routine.

Once I did the weight started melting off like butter. I would go on to lose 60 pounds and was actually featured in Men’s Health for my transformation.

I no longer have the low back pain, low energy levels or low libido I was dealing with before.

I now had the physique to bring back my confidence and finally felt attractive again for my wife.

I am now the role model I had always wanted to be for my son and am now a father he can look up to in terms of living a healthy lifestyle.

Leading by example is extremely important to me because kids do what we do way before they do what we say.

Most importantly I’m able to keep up with my son and do all of the fun things young boys love to do without gasping for wind.
