Bloomberg Business Week has an article about the team who runs Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook page. It’s really no surprise that he doesn’t run it himself for two reasons:

  1. It’s important. He uses consultants as well as a full-time staff to make sure that it stays up to date and keeps his 85 million of followers engaged.
  2. It’s a waste of time, and I’m not just talking about the dozen “or so” people who’s full time job it is to delete spam on his account, but we all know how much of a time suck Facebook is.

So if the CEO of Facebook outsources his social media… what are you currently doing that you should be outsourcing?
