Whilst I hold great respect for the effects of compounding, I find it ironic that this article advocating “waking up earlier” features on a publication run by Arianna Huffington, who by her own admission was sleep-deprived and now advocates sleep above all else (see ‘Thrive’ book).
Hello @fjellklynge, thank you for sharing this. I’ve not explored binaural beats/ASMR much (I’ve heard of both) — though I do us Focus@Will background music to accompany certain tasks I do during the day. I’m highly sensitive, too!
