Do you really feel unmotivated to do anything in you life?

You wake up in the morning and you feel like “wow another same day” or all of your days are going in the same way.

This might be happening because no one ever told you that how many ways one can live their lives. I used to do be like that too, unmotivated or just on auto pilot all time. Doing nothing but wasting my life.

But then few years ago I learned something. That I want to share with you all.

Japanese Life Concept To Live By.

  1. Ikigai — You might have heard this word somewhere in your life. Cause this is the most famous concept of all them. Ikigai simply say that, one must live their lives with a purpose. And this is where most people fail to realized that, you don’t find your purpose. You choose it, you create it. For example, Few years ago I didn’t know my purpose and always try to find the answer for how to find my purpose. Until I realized that no one’s gonna tell you what’s your purpose is. You need to create your own. Live your life with purpose and see how you find life full of satisfaction.
  2. Shikita Ga Nai — In life as you grow and live your life. You’ll find so many things that you won’t be able change. For example, People’s opinions, People’s actions, Climates or Natural things. But the point is that you shouldn’t be focusing on what you can’t change. Where you don’t have any control. But instead focus on what you can change. On those things you can control.
  3. Wabi - Sabi — Perfection is something that was holding me back for so many years. I always wanted to write these types of articles. But never did until recently. Because I was so obsessed with creating that perfect article. That everyone gonna like it. And as the result I never made one. Until I accept my imperfection. This is what this concept is about, accepting imperfection. Only then you can do anything to even improve yourself.
  4. Gaman — Everyone faces the hard times in their life at some point. or maybe you are facing it right now. But no matter how much hard life gets, be strong. If you fail in doing something get up and do it again. This is main point of this Japanese Concept. To remain strong in tough times.
  5. Oubaitori — If you find yourself comparing yourself to somebody. Remember that the only person you should compare is yourself. This should be your main focus. To beat yourself in the competition. To win against yourself. Everyday try to do better than your yesterday self. What mistakes you won’t be making today that you made yesterday. Don’t go compare yourself with anyone else. You’ve got the your biggest compitition right here.
  6. Kaizen — I’ve heard lot’s of people say, that they feel so bored in their lives. That they don’t have anything to do. To those people I would say try Kaizen. This concept says that no matter where in your life you are you can always try to improve yourself in any or every area of life. There are always something you can work on. Always improving yourself will eventually will help you. In so many way you can’t even think about.
  7. Shu-Ha-Ri — Ok one of my favorite of all of them. And one of my favorite quote “ When the student is ready the teacher will appear. When the student is truly ready the teacher will disappear”. This one is so powerful for me because, few years ago I had no idea how I can improve myself and my life. But I wasn’t ready to change myself or to do anything new. So I never got to know how one can actually improve. But once I decided to change myself. All the answer I need just started coming up. Let’s take the best example. Writing, I had no idea how I can write become a great writer. But I wasn’t writing that much or even looking for the answer. But once I put my effort then the answer started coming for me. So put your efforts and the answer will come to you.

Ok everyone, so these were japanese concept for life that I think that anyone can use them and Improve there life for better.

Hope you like this article and I’ll back with a new soon.
