Nihilist State

In 2003, the Army War College Strategic Studies Institute published Bounding the Global War on Terrorism, in which U.S. policy was examined through three frameworks: Threat Postulation; Scope and Feasibility of Strategic Objectives; and Sustainability of the War. In the Summer 2016 issue of INSiGHT Journal article titled Agents of Chaos, I examine this problem from a sociological perspective, that focuses on the nihilism embedded in the U.S. State Department and affiliated agencies.
