I had a management meeting this week and I have tried using the top two of your lessons. And I can’t tell you how effective this was, especially the enterprise value > team value > self value piece. It was like a light bulb moment for my team, which is of course good enough to understand the usefulness of such a concept. Also just before the meeting I ran a quick survey using you’re employee NPS method and I showed the results to the team. It was a fantastic mirror to them with respect to their own team’s morale.
