Reminds me of Eckhart Tolle’s Power of Now. Being able to see our thoughts and recognise them for what they are — self made. Being sceptical about their importance and impact. We are greater than the wave of thought- we are our full embodied oceanic presence. Wonderful blog. Thank you for the lovely analogy.
