RIP Tal

I don’t remember the first time i met him, but we were in the same class in university. The nicest of guys. He warmed up to everyone and smiled all the time.
He played chess and loved Liverpool(and i sure made so much fun of him for this).
We watched the HBSC Rugby series together in my campus room. I so vividly remember that tournament in 2013 when the #Kenya7s beat New Zealand for the first time ever. We watched the final together too when we lost to England.
I’ve asked myself over a 1000 times why it had to be you who died. I can barely understand what the family is going through right now, i only knew you for 6 years but i grew to like you.
We called you ‘journalist’ when you covered the technology students events.
You made an impact in my life and if there is an after-life i hope we will play chess again, re-watch the #Kenya7s matches and make fun of Liverpool again.
Fare thee well brother. I’ll miss you!!!
