Watching a video about “design of digital experiences”, has given me several concepts on how to deal with challenges and designs of digital experiences on at scale:
Design, is the conjugation of Art plus Science, because the research will never replace the intuition of design.
“… the data can help to make a good design great, but it will never made a can a bad design good …”
To sum up, this kind of design is ephemeral and is constantly evolving, is difficult, but the positive thing is that a design made with a combination of audacity & humility.
Audacity to believe in your design, because it can make life easier and Humility, when introduces changes, you need to do it carefully about paying attention to the details, because the people that you’re designing for, matters them.
Interesting challenge, it has helped me to synthesize the main ideas.
