As it happens I’m having these problems. Got 2 projects going on, and one is utter shit, while the second one is enjoyable. I obviously want to finish the shitty one but there’s little incentive.

What helped me was to modify the game design as to make it something worth for me to play (not for my target audience) so that got me grinding a bit more, but not too far.
