I think you’re doing a solid job of analysis and like you mentioned…we have to go off of some sort of data regardless of quality. And I do think you are using a reasonable standard of the available data.

My perspective is probably more speculative than yours and would require an almost impossible amount of investigation to verify consistent data collection.

I suppose I’m just saying if there is a surprise in November, Data Research Courses around the country will have a new project to look at :)
