Hi, I am Eli Jenkins.

Ah! this feels refreshing! After blogging on WordPress for quite sometime I grew exhausted using the sloppy interface. This here is my new home — waves. Although this blog will prompt a different onset than my previous one I hope everyone continues to enjoy reading my work.

My aim is to practice writing for my envisioned, upcoming novel. That being said, the structure will take a unique approach since I feel modern rules are too rigid and bitter. Thus I am rewinding time to the 1500's where English words and sentence structures were still evolving. To eloquently entice English further I will write in verse as Shakespeare did with his writings. One day when the time is right I will write this novel embedded into my brain. Until that day I have no choice but to practice.

I really despise schedules. However I will try to post on Sundays and Thursdays. Fridays are a possibility, however, they may appear irregular. I am open to all comments: good or bad, advice, and suggestions.

Here are a few things about me other than my name being Eli Jenkins. I live in Massachusetts but I am on an extended stay in Florida. My favorite food is pasta — yum! People say I am stubborn but they are actually speaking about my brutality honesty. It is no secret I am depressed but one day perhaps I won’t be. I am a great listener but not so much a great speaker. I have one of those thick Boston accents even though I have never lived near Boston. Lastly, I can’t help but to mention this, I love animals.
