Oddly when I checked in at the Austin Hampton Inn & Suites for SxSW this year — I did get to pick my room from a floor plan, so Hilton has a head start on that one, but it was missing photos of the exact room / views etc. It turned out that the windows looked out onto the a wall of a brick building and the side of another recently built hotel, not the river like I gathered from the Trip advisor reviews.
