To begin with, find one extra hour per day to spend away from your devices. Schedule it into your diary and actively spend it doing something else you enjoy. Playing with your kids, reading a book before bed, having a very long bath, going for a run or making the most of your lunch hour by leaving your phone on your desk and dragging a colleague out with you. It’s not so hard once you get into it!
Next stage is to get out and start trying new events or experiences but I’ll follow up with another post on that soon.
