People of means, who are established in New York, want to preserve their neighborhood at all costs.

I would really like to see examples of where Republicans have been more successful with building/managing/incentivizing affordable housing as compared to Democrats. Or where they have cared about the issue at all, really.

Also, why would developers and banks be good for affordable housing? Non-market rate units cut directly into their profits, which they are obligated to pursue to maximize profits for their shareholders.

And, affordable housing is an issue for almost every community in America, both urban, suburban, and rural.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
