Another great marketing technique is telling someone I don’t have the right product for your objective or I am not the person for this situation. But you tell them you should look at another product or solution or talk to another party who would be right for you. It underscores:
1. You are honest and trustworthy
2. You are helpful
3. You put their needs ahead of selling yours
4. You will probably be the first person they think of when they have their next need.
