Thanks for the comment Ravi! I love this. I believe in the power of delegation and prioritization, and working in “sprints” not “marathons.” I think we also confuse overwhelm with striving for our goals. Striving and overwhelm, while different in their vibrations, net out emotions that sometimes feel counterintuitive to building a balanced “life by design” we all want. Becoming a victim to it is never the answer. We are all empowered to make these choices, as you’ve mentioned. Thanks again for sharing this insight. It adds a lot of context to me and hopefully to the readers!
