Testing the Virtual Assistant (VA)
Giving a small test when hiring a Virtual Assistant is key. It provides insight of their skill set, thought process and communication style.
By giving this small test to VA’s during the hiring process you can quickly weed out who has the skill level to do the job, do the job right and can perform at a high level.
