Relationship Building vs Recruiting

As 2017 approaches we are all thinking about how to make next year better than the last. Want to make deeper connections with people? Find ways to help people that have nothing to do with recruiting them for a specific client. Rather, seek meaningful conversations and ways to help them (not by finding them their next job; lend advice, or make key introductions to folks in your network), invite them to share an experience.
