Well-said! We teachers are the product of that very educational system which prizes mindlessness over mindfulness. So we see kids getting through the motions by playing the game without being fully present in their own learning experience. And what it does is take true accountability factor away by watering it down to numbers. With trust you can have true accountability and then the challenges becomes keeping a healthy balance between the two.
