A lot of goals are made at the start of a new year and many don’t last.
Maybe there were leftover cookies sitting on a plate on January 1st that ended your less than 24-hour old diet, tarnishing the shiny new dieting year.
Maybe that was just me?
We sometimes see the first failure, the first obstacle, the first thing that doesn’t match our dream of how life would be as a sign that shit ain’t workin’.
There are no rules to making cool stuff happen.
Is the reason you think you can’t just a lie you tell yourself so you won’t have to fail?
If you fail, start again.
Change the plan, find a way around the obstacle, forgive yourself for not being perfect and get back to it.
