2017: On The Line — Week 7

The lines are looked at vigorously for those trying to make some extra money or those just looking for who is favored this weekend. Before my picks each week, I will list my current win/loss and push record from the previous week with my overall season record. I present to you the Vegas line of each NFL game this week:

Week 6: 8–6

Overall Record: 43–48–0 (47.3%)

TNF: Chiefs (-3) at Raiders

Chiefs (-3). Last week was a wake up call to the Chiefs. They will come out swinging against their division foe.

Buccaneers at Bills

Buccaneers. This all falls on if Jameis actually plays. If we are staring at Ryan Fitzpatrick, we swing towards Buffalo.

Panthers (-3) at Bears

Panthers (-3). I’ve taken the Bears each of the last two weeks because of the points but I can’t see myself doing it three weeks in a row. Sorry Mitchell.

Titans (-6) at Browns

Titans (-6). I have tried to take the Browns and points and it just doesn’t work out. I will gladly pick against the Browns until they win.

Saints (-5.5) at Packers

Packers (+5.5). Sneaky cover by Green Bay who lost Aaron Rodgers. The 52 points by the Saints last week was fluky and I think the Pack can keep it close.

Jaguars (-3.5) at Colts

Jaguars (-3.5). Fournette > all of the Colts.

England: Cardinals at Rams (-3.5)

Rams (-3.5). Games over seas all suck but I just think Sean McVay pulls one out late thanks to an Aaron Donald strip sack returned for a touchdown.

Jets at Dolphins (-3)

Jets (+3). I should not ever have to take the Jets but they are continuing their play of last week. Watch out Miami.

Ravens at Vikings (-5.5)

Vikings (-5.5). Joe Flacco should not be trusted ever again after the collapse against the Bears last week.

Cowboys (-6) at 49ers

Cowboys (-6). It is garbage that Zeke gets to play. I was going to take San Fran until Zeke’s suspension was ‘stayed’ once again.

Seahawks (-5.5) at Giants

Seahawks (-5.5). If anyone thinks that the Giants will have the success they had last week twice in a row, you are smoking something. Seattle will be more explosive offensively because of Russell Wilson.

Bengals at Steelers (-5.5)

Steelers (-5.5). Possible small trap? Yes, but take the better offense with the better players despite all of the tough play between these division rivals.

Broncos at Chargers

Chargers. In Phillip I trust once again. Somehow they pull out a win over a Bronco team that doesn’t like what Eli Manning did to them last week.

SNF: Falcons at Patriots (-3)

Patriots (-3). Run away from both of these teams because with spreads involved. I just have a higher trust in TB12 to get the job done…always.

MNF: Redskins at Eagles (-5)

Redskins (+5). Want to know how the Redskins win? New kicker Nick Rose drills a field goal as time expires!
