It’s no surprise that the turnover rate for gym staff is so high, there are too many owners focused on the wrong things.
It makes me laugh when I talk to managers/owners who have no intention of having any of their staff stay with them long-term.
They’ve created a revolving door mentality in their gym for their staff which trickles down to a revolving door membership base.
