Ma Yuan (馬遠), a painter of the Song dynasty, was called “One-corner Ma” because, in an attempt to render perspective, he would put the foreground figures in one corner and then place the other objects and figures fainter and fainter. And he always left the opposite corner empty, “or better, open to the infinite.”

Well, I’m not “One-corner Diamond,” but I, too, leave much empty space, which I would like to say is “open to the infinite.” “Empty space Diamond”?
