Why I Put Some Ice on That Bern

The simple fact is that Hillary Clinton would be a good president, she’d be sensible and cautious and certainly do a lot of good for America. But I think you misunderstand the main point of Bernie’s campaign. His main appeal is that he’s not part of the political establishment, he understands that the biggest problem of politics today is the essential bribery carried out by all major corporations to ensure that decisions are made which benefit them. That’s why so little real action has been done about climate change, that’s why inequality is increasing so dramatically and that’s why the economic system is completely rigged.

Now, why on earth would Wall Street, major pharmaceutical companies and the like make massive contributions to Hilary’s campaign UNLESS they were expecting something in return? How would that make any logical sense? These people don’t give her money just because they thinks she’s a good candidate or they like her message, they absolutely see it as an investment.

Hillary seems like a genuinely good person and I'm sure she will always have the best intentions. But you just can’t change the fact that she’s part of the political establishment, part of the system, and will not overthrow the process which has and will continue to benefit her directly.
