My take-away from this article was that GooglyMinotaur sent 60mil IMs to nearly 1mil people. That means that each user received *on average* over 60 messages (which implies they sent 60 messages as well).

Considering many users probably had very short interactions to find out tour dates near them or something, it means other users must have sat and chatted with Googly for many more than 60 messages and replies!
