Who are we?
NEONAUTS are those, who strive to overstep the boundaries of social stereotypes and prejudices to archive a new attitude to life on the way to an absolute free thinking with the help of NEOTHORS.
We are those who follow chosen way despite all obstacles, living today in social isolation and risking our freedom.
We often have to go “blindly”, without clear guidelines, forced to enter into a conflict with the imperfect law.
Today society has no sense of the difference between a “neothor” and a “drug”, there are no proper laws rating risks of these substances, no scientific researches concerning discovering of human mind potential with the use of “neothors”.
There are no even public discussions taken anywhere…
What’s happening to our world?
We live in a world changing drastically, and what seemed to be unreal yesterday, is taken for granted today.
The global economic system changes: Traditionally centralized state financial institutes become more and more inefficient in overcoming recessions on national and global levels. New types of financial institutions appear, decentralized and based on civic engagement and responsibility, among which absolute leadership today belongs to Bitcoin. It can be compared with joint-stock company which is the most efficient organizational form of an enterprise where each member is highly interested in the result, personally responsible for it and can influence activity of the company directly, as this person is basically an owner of the company.
We have left the Industrial age of giant factories and plants, where a man was only a cog in the machine, and entered the age of information and digital technologies with its “garage factories” and small production facilities at the back yard. Moreover, to replace them already technologies of “desktop production” exist . Very soon, with the use of 3D printer, we will be able to create almost any household utensils without crossing the threshold of our own home.
Robotics age is coming: space exploration robots, air drones, industrial robots, robot vacuum cleaners have already become an everyday life, and this is only the beginning…
These and other world development trends are only harbingers of the greatest era in the history of humankind, which will be marked by Homo Super Sapiens Genesis and the full-scale space reclaiming.
To make this a reality, *we have to make the most important step in our evolution that is to develop absolute free thinking, *to expand potential of our mind to a maximum degree and become the greatest creators.
What can we do?
We are sure, Humanity is ready to change its attitude towards psychoactive substances, which influence our mind positively, develop our consciousness, but at the same time medically are not considered to be drugs.
We are to work in following directions:
Education
We have to separate in social consciousness substances useful for human development from substances undoubtedly harmful.
Harmful substances (except their medical use) cause quick and stable psychological and physical addiction, substantial social damage. For example, such drugs as alcohol, nicotine, opiates and other similar substances.
Useful NEOTHORS are expanding and strengthening our mind’s potential when they are used in a conscious and responsible way. Among them are MDMA, LSD, psilocybin, marijuana and other natural or synthetic substances with a similar biochemical mechanism. They enable us to go beyond our routine day-to-day consciousness and see, hear, feel and be what we can be: a Homo Super Sapiens.
There is sufficient positive experience of therapeutic use of NEOTHORS accumulated in the world by now, including treating various addictions (alcoholic, drug addictions etc.). This is the way humanity can cut the “Gordian knot” of problems caused by addictions.
Law
We, NEONAUTS, today are outside the law which is dangerous for us. We need to understand that authorities can only toughen laws concerning the use of NEOTHORS.
It is advantageous for authorities to prohibit substances that develop free thinking, help expanding potential of our mind and awake creativity in people. At the same time it is profitable to allow circulation of tobacco and alcohol, substances that cause physical and psychological addiction and degradation.
It is necessary to re-establish justice so that law supporting personal growth and defended our right to explore our own mind.
We must bring back logic into the law as well as evaluation objectivity concerning danger of various substances (on public and personal levels), must make legal criteria of the term “narcotic substance” correlate with medical ones.
Medical criteria are more impartial and are based on biochemical characteristics of these substances and on accurately described clinical effects.
We need to start an international movement that can influence authorities in order to change the law and prohibit circulation of all narcotic substances from medical point of view, including alcohol and tobacco, allowing controlled use of NEOTHORS, which are natural and synthetic substances that in terms of medicine are not drugs and can stimulate personal growth of a person.
Scientific Research
Mind — is the most valuable thing Humanity has.
Today there is no separate, independent science studying the mind. All the research is done within such fields as philosophy, psychology, medicine, neurophysiology…
We are sure that existing situation impedes further human evolution to a Homo Super Sapiens. It is essential to establish new separate science studying and developing human mind in order to create a *unified theory of our mind evolution*. We suggest naming this science NEONAUTICS.
We point out the following steps in NEONAUTICS formation and development:
To draw in scientists from different disciplines that study human consciousness
To collect, analyze, generalize and systematize all the experience concerning human mind study in all spheres of knowledge
To develop new scientific model of human mind evolution
To conduct a large-scale research on human mind according to the new scientific model, to work out practical methods and technologies of inner awareness and expanding mind potential.
This is the only way to perceive the Universe inside our mind, which means perceiving the Universe around us.
Where NEONAUTS came from?
Our Movement has a thousand-year history.
In every traditional culture on the planet some special substances of natural origin were used, which gave people a chance to go beyond routine perceptional frame to acquire new and unique experience. Such experience enabled people to significantly expand their vision of the world. Only initiates had the right to use such substances as they possessed proper knowledge and technologies.
The start of modern period of our Movement development, the era of NEONAUTS, began with creation of MDMA and LSD in the XX century and with first experiences of mind exploration using it. These were the first NEOTHORS synthesized by a human.
Some impressive results were achieved by eminent scientists. These results allow us to consider NEOTHORS as substances able to affect human evolution.
Why NEOTHORS are banned by law?
Owing to the fear of extensive change in human mindset NEOTHORS were labeled as “drugs”, illegalized and all the legitimate researches were ceased.
Fear of authorities in this matter is reasonable and clear. They fear that people will reevaluate their status and role in state and world. Therefore authorities successfully cultivate in society fear of NEOTHORS. This is their choice.
People’s fear in this situation is irrational as it is based only on what the authorities claimed to be fearful, though most of them have very superficial and fragmentary information about it. Human beings desperately wants to stay away from what frightens him, allowing fear to block possibilities of growth. And this is their choice for today.
An intelligent person can overcome the fear. Our choice is to take the way of absolute free thinking fearlessly. And this is where our power comes from.
Let us pay a tribute to those, who risked their health and their freedom, who bravely explored human mind and consciousness, striving to comprehend its greatest mysteries.
What is next?
Today begins a new stage in the development of our movement: comprehension of the Mission and its realization…
We see ourselves as the leaders of Humanity.
We understand the importance and necessity of absolute free thinking, expansion of human mind potential, human creativity.
We see our special mission in helping human evolution to “Homo Super Sapiens”.
We take responsibility for achieving purposes stated in the manifesto:
