I seriously doubt that you’re 5'10 and weigh 165 but had a hard time fitting into a plane seat. These are similar proportions to me and I’m a skinny dude. You either way significantly more then you say or are far shorter then you say. Weight by the way is a choice, take in less then you put out. If you really find yourself eating too much work it off by playing a sport or exercise in general.
