Fantastic piece. Well thought out. I drew up a list of words marketer should get rid of in 2016, and “Digital” almost made that list. Every marketer should grasp how modern behaviours — which now mostly play out online — influence consumers decisions and not get carried away with trying to look smart for seemingly knowing something other people don’t. Enough with the noise about Digital being the next thing. It is our Now.
