Alexander, totally agree that there’s a huge difference between working hard and being busy. But hustling is about neither. The word existed long before it became a phrase in the startup world and it means “to obtain by forceful action or persuasion” or “to fraud and swindle.” The original hustlers were teh guys who stood on the street corner doing card tricks for $$. Startups co-opted the word and now “hustle” has lost its meaning and people falsely think it’s about working hard.
