Springrolls (Lumpia)
Who doesn’t love springrolls?

Ingredients
1pck of egg rolls (50 pcs)
200 g ground beef (optional)
2 pcs. Garlic mince
1 pcs onion mince
500g yum bean mince/shredded
100 g carrots shredded/mince
50 g beanssprout
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup of chopped paraley
3tbsp soya ( i used silverswan)
1tsp sesam oil
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup of water
2tbsp of flour
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except the last two(water and flour) and set a side.
- Prepare the wrapper. Follow the instructions thats written on the package.
- Make the paste water and flour for sealing the edge of the wrapper.
- Then your ready to roll.
- After you have assembled all the rolls, heat your oil. Cook until golden brown, turning often, approximately 3 minutes.
- Serve with sweet&sour or chili fish sauce.
