Springrolls (Lumpia)

Who doesn’t love springrolls?


Ingredients

1pck of egg rolls (50 pcs)

200 g ground beef (optional)

2 pcs. Garlic mince

1 pcs onion mince

500g yum bean mince/shredded

100 g carrots shredded/mince

50 g beanssprout

1 cup of chopped cilantro

1 cup of chopped paraley

3tbsp soya ( i used silverswan)

1tsp sesam oil

1tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup of water

2tbsp of flour


Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the last two(water and flour) and set a side.
  2. Prepare the wrapper. Follow the instructions thats written on the package.
  3. Make the paste water and flour for sealing the edge of the wrapper.
  4. Then your ready to roll.
  5. After you have assembled all the rolls, heat your oil. Cook until golden brown, turning often, approximately 3 minutes.
  6. Serve with sweet&sour or chili fish sauce.
