Marvel’s ambitious crossover film INFINITY WAR saw the demise of many beloved superheroes. The power of the Mad Titan was felt all throughout the Disney-owned MCU. However, Disney owns both Marvel and Pixar, and Thanos’ destruction reached across every shared universe. Here are the characters we can confirm who died in MARVEL’S INFINITY WAR:
Mike Wazowski (MONSTERS INC)
Among the many beloved characters killed by Thanos is Mike Wazowski. He was a comedian & University graduate, who helped usher in a more caring Monster company. However, all the multiverse doors couldn’t protect him from Thanos. He may not wear a mask or a cape, but he was certainly a hero.
Alfredo Linguini (RATATOUILLE)
Wow, Thanos is a real jerk for this one. It seems Remy will need a new chef’s head, as his former partner Alfredo was killed. Alfredo may have been a non-violent chef, but that didn’t stop the Infinity Gauntlet from wiping him out.
Dug (UP)
Just when you thought you couldn’t be madder at Thanos, it turns out he also killed Dug. As if the characters of UP haven’t had to deal with enough tragedy already. Dug’s now chasing squirrels in the afterlife.
Andy’s Mom (TOY STORY)
Another Disney mother is unfairly killed. Andy’s mother was one of the many innocents swept away by Thanos’ wrath. If only Andy had kept his toys in college— he could probably use the comfort right about now.
Peach (FINDING NEMO)
Peach was one of many innocent sea creatures to fade out of existence, thanks to Thanos. She may have escaped the clutches of The Dentist, but she could not escape the power of the Infinity Gems.
Slim (A BUG’S LIFE)
Groot wasn’t the only tree-looking creature killed by the Mad Titan. P.T. Flea’s Circus lost its resident prop actor when Thanos snuffed the life from half the Disney Universe.
Geri (GERI’S GAME)
Looks like that game of chess is finally over. Even the Pixar shorts suffered casualties from Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet. Geri may be clever, but even he couldn’t outsmart Thanos.
Anger (INSIDE OUT)
That’s right, Thanos wiped out the entire emotion of anger. Every internal iteration of the red rapscallion has been snapped away to the afterlife. You may be feeling sad or scared of Thanos, but you can never feel angry again.
Dusty Crophopper (PLANES)
…Yeah, this one isn’t too sad.
