David, you say that morality is relative — does that include your claim that it is wrong to make consensual acts illegal? What about your statement that “Prostitution should be regulated only to the point of mitigating its potential harm to non-consenting parties?” Is that also a true fact about what we as a society ought to do, or it is merely your relative opinion, which is no more or less true than my belief it should be outlawed? Don’t you think that your beliefs about consent and freedom, and how others ought to act in relation to them, are also moral beliefs?
