What is Aigang?
Aigang is a blockchain protocol built on Ethereum that utilizes smart contracts & IoT devices and provides insurance based on the real-time data. The plan is to let community invest in insurance and enable P2P-based insurance. This means that anyone can invest in insurance as well as get insured.
How Aigang Insurance is different from others?
Aigang isn’t just a marketplace for insurance. Aigang creates a layer protocol for IoT devices’ digital insurances. With a decentralized market in mind and insurance investment opportunity present, we want to build a structure that’s fully based on smart contracts. Thanks to IoT, we can track a lot of data & give real-time based insurance estimates that are best for all parties — investor and insuree. For now, it’s possible to create such insurances only on high-tech devices — like smartphones, self-driving cars and drones.
When can I get the Aigang insurance?
The most basic version — next week. On July 10th. We plan to launch both iOS and Android apps on July. It doesn’t mean that the final product will be anything like that app. Our main focus right now is to create a MVP (minimum viable product) and it’s soon to be ready.
How it is going to work?
Download the app, top up your Ethereum wallet & click Get Insurance. Done! It’s so simple that anyone could do it. There will be an automatic monthly payment for insurance. And in case of any battery fault — you will receive the payout. There is no need to prove anything that your battery is broken, phone doesn’t charge or discharges too fast. Everything’s instant and done for you!
What is AIX?
It’s our universal token that’s going to be issued in an upcoming Token Creation Event — Crowd sale aka ICO.
When is ICO?
There are no concrete plans for an ICO. We want to build a usable product before we launch our ICO. We’re doing it for the community — to make sure we can deliver our promise and investors don’t have to fund another fugazi.
Is there any pre-sale happening?
We don’t have concrete plans for it at the moment. We want to launch demo first. We’ll see if it’s worth it or not. Best would be to stay updated on our channels — we’ll announce everywhere that pre-sale is happening.
