In Bit you can organize components into dynamic shared-collections which are like “playlists” of individual components rather than static library — without having to create and maintain additional repos / packages. It provides owners and communities with a way to handle curation for a “dynamic library” asthey have to make sure components are up to this community’s standards (docs, testing, styling, etc.)

Also, components in Bit will very soon be installable directly from NPM or Yarn clients as our NPM/Yarn integration plugin (implements the CommonJS package registry specification) or by publishing components individually to NPM while still preserving the same FS structure and without changing your existing source-code.
