Cycling: an incredible sport!
Do you know when someone has a happy feeling, well that happens to me whe I get on my bike. At the exact moment my feet stars moving in the bike I smile because it feels very relaxing and i just think about enjoying the trip.
There are many people who don’t like riding a bike I realy don’t understand them because cycling it’s a sport that helps you to stay fit and healthy.Also cycling heps you to clear your mind and thoughts, thats why i realy love this sport.
If you are thinking of taking up this sport, you can start riding slowly and a few kilometers . You should set yourself realistic expectations because if you are a beginner you can get tiredriding a lots of kilometers. Remember to use a helmet because if you fall you can realy hurt yourself.
My final advice is to enjoy every moment that you are riding because its wonderful!
