Everyone should learn to code
Belinda Ann Lewis

I learned Logo and messed around with a TI 99 in high school. My cohort was the first class of engineering students who had to buy a computer for school. I did small bits of coding here and there in the years since. I don’t enjoy coding at all, but for years I would’t admit it because I didn’t want to perpetuate the myth that women can’t code.

Thanks for you article- you’re so right that everyone should learn it. And also that just because I don’t enjoy it doesn’t mean I suck at it.

Good luck with your presentation, it sounds like an amazing opportunity.
