So, 1) it’s a good idea to check if an outsourcing company will sign a contract and NDA with you. And of course, before signing client has to check if legislature of 2 cooperating countries are compatible; 2) if a project is urgent and client wants to control it 24/7 it’s better to opt for nearshoring since time zones may spoil the workflow.
