As a citizen of the United States, I am deeply concerned about the business connections Donald J. Trump has around the world, and its impact on our National Security.

I am sharing my thoughts and logic in the form of a debate script on why it so important to review any nominee’s tax returns who is running for the office of President of the United States. The tax returns tell us specifically, which organizations, and in what capacity is a person associated. We as US citizens MUST know the answers to these questions. Here is the script

As you are aware Donald Trump lost almost 1 billion dollars in 1995. And the New York Times report has proposed that he has not paid any taxes whatsoever in the following 18 years.

Now Donald Trump and his campaign has not denied these accusations that were made by the New York Times.

Think about it, if he’s not willing to release his taxes over accusations of not having paid any taxes at all in the last 20 years, he must be hiding something very serious.

Let’s take a look at what Donald has said over these past 15 months and see if we can piece together a reasonable and logical picture for why Donald is refusing to release his tax returns given such damning speculation by the New York Times.

We know that Donald Trump has some type of strange affinity for Vladimir Putin and has said that Mr. Putin is a better leader than our current president. We also know that Donald Trump’s previous campaign CEO Paul Manafort, had to leave his organization after it was discovered that he had secretly done business with Russia and received over 2 million dollars in payments from Russia.

We also have recently learned that Donald Trump and his organization did business with Cuba when the U.S. Cuba embargo was in place. This is breaking the law.

And, we know that Donald Trump has rented out office space to an Iranian Bank, Mellie, who has clients who are on the US International Terror Watch List.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, but given the accusations made by the New York Times about Donald Trump and his taxes, and given the fact that he praises Vladimir Putin, and where he had a past employee that was secretly doing business with Russia, and where he circumvented the US embargo with Cuba and did business there, and where he also rented office space to an Iranian bank that is part of a terrorist organization, then what on Earth is hiding in Donald Trump’s taxes?

If you recall, Donald Trump also said that he would consider using nuclear weapons in Western Europe! He also said that NATO should be considered to be disbanded because its members of NATO, are not paying their fair share.

Let’s think about this for a minute. Donald Trump is in praise of Russia, his CEO has been working secretly with Russia, and now he says that NATO should be considered to be disbanded. Is there an anti-US theme here? Are these words part of a larger scheme or plan Donald Trump has in his mind due to his connections with these countries?

I don’t know about you, but when I stopped to look at all of these pieces and all of this evidence that Donald Trump has shared with us over these many months, I become very troubled. And, I become even more focused on realizing that we, as people of the United States, who are considering electing this man as president of the United States, must see his taxes.

His taxes will show us all of the businesses and companies that he has done business with around the world.

Based upon the scant information that he has leaked out, or has been disclosed by the authorities, I believe inside his tax returns, there is information so troubling and so dangerous to the United States, that he will not release these taxes under any circumstances whatsoever.

As citizens of the United States, we need to know if the person we are considering to elect President, has other agendas and business dealings with countries and foreign dignitaries who are in conflict with either our principles or our ideology. There is just too much at stake here to not see Donald Trump’s taxes. Don’t you agree?

I can hear President Reagan’s voice echoing through the corridors of our Nation’s Capitol; “Mr. Donald J. Trump, release your taxes!”
